• Complete the work deliverables as assigned by Electrical Manager.
• Plan/Prepare electrical site installation work, such as earthing and lightning protection, cabling, cable trays and conduits, MV /LV switchgear installation and associated panels, VSDs and motors, heaters, transformers, DC system etc.
• Familiar with electrical drawings and carrying out work according to drawings. And make reasonable advice to optimize drawing.
• Provide technical support, supervision and advice to the discipline team and other project teams and participate in peer reviews.
• Prepare and evaluate alternative concept designs, and liaise with other disciplines, both
  internally and externally.
• Develop detail designs or detail design/build specifications, manage the preparation of
  drawings and prepare tender documentation, to produce engineering deliverables of a high standard.
• Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Plan, coordinate and manage the design, procurement and construction of assigned projects.
• Conduct contract administration and do testing, commissioning and inspections of
  installations.
• Develop initiatives to improve the cost-effectiveness and efficiency of project execution.
• Participate in relevant meetings, prepare progress reports and follow required checking
  procedures.
• Present design solutions to clients for approval.

要求：

• B.sc/B.Eng./B.Tech Electrical Engineering degree(mandatory).
• Professional registration with Local Relevant local agencies.
• 5 to 10 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in the construction, commissioning of utility-scale solar plants will be considered a plus.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and a proven track record in the design of electrical systems(mandatory).
• Sign-off of the MV/LV design and works(mandatory).
• Familiar with the GOST and local Electrical standards.
• Strong computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc
• Able to read and understand electrical schematics, drawings and prints
• Able to read and interpret procedural manuals, MoS and documents related to safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English.
