• Provide technical assistance to EDF ps teams in Paris and Tashkent.

• Review and analyze communications from Sponsors, SPV, EPC, OE, and stakeholders; deliver structured technical and contractual feedback.

• Attend and contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly coordination meetings with EPC and OE.

• Participate in strategic meetings with Sponsors and the SPV.

• Prepare and deliver weekly email reports to EDF ps and monthly PowerPoint reports to EDF.

• Support the Project Company’s site and Tashkent-based teams operationally and technically.

• Facilitate information flow between local project teams and EDF’s leadership.

• 10+ years of experience in CCGT power plant projects.

• Strong background in construction and project management, especially under EPC contracts.

• Technical education and field expertise in engineering or energy-related disciplines.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.

• Familiarity with project finance structures, IPP models, and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).

• Prior experience working with or for EDF is highly preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and reporting skills.

• Working Schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours/day.

• Business Travel: Occasional one-day trips to Tashkent (approx. twice a month or upon request).

• Contract Type: Fixed-term from September to December 2025 (with possibility of extension).

• Probationary Period: 1 month
