Job Responsibilities
- Support recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, interview coordination)
- Maintain and updаtеemployee records, personal files, and HR database
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Prepare HR documents (employment contracts, orders, letters, certificates)
- Track employee attendance, leave, and other HR-related data
- Support performance evaluation processes
- Manage office supplies and ensure availability of necessary materials
- Coordinate office maintenance, service providers, and vendors
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics
- Maintain proper filing and document management systems
- Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and local labor legislation
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
- Support internal communication and coordination with departments
???? Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative role
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor legislation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Languages:
- Uzbek – fluent
- Russian – fluent
- English – intermediate (preferred)
- Personal qualities:
- Responsible and reliable
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Proactive and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
