1. Position and requirements

Senior Mechanical engineer

Education：Undergraduate college and junior college

major：Mechanical

Language：English,Russian,Chinese

Certification：None but PMP certificate precedence

Skill：1.Power plant mechanical construction management skill or similar skill 2.Familiar with international mechanical standarand(ISO/EN). 3.Familiar with UZ laws and regulations precedence. 4.Proficiently operate business software

More than 10 years power plant mechanical construction experience or similar experience.

Put forward the safety and technical measures plan of the department, after approval by the project, responsible for organizing the implementation, ensure the safety of the construction site has perfect civilization construction condition;
Analysis, lessons learned and improve the work efficiency, enhance the mechanical usage, to control the cost reasonably and cut cost for the project department executing the secondary professional accounting, improve economic efficiency;
Organize to neaten and audit the information of claim for compensation and counterclaim, transact with subcontractor for contract ,Auditing the balance of subcontractor, control the gross of balance;
Attend the subcontractor’s construction meetings, compile all kinds of reports;
To be responsible for the organization of team construction project before start working conditions of safety civilization construction inspection, implementation and confirmation. For important construction projects, and on site supervision and construction;
To solve the actual problems, adjustment construction schedule, Coordinate all kinds of resources and so on;
Familiar with P& ID drawing, Coordination Engineering and concerned department.
In charge of all utility, process and power piping (Turbine).
Reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes.
Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.
Inspection of Hydro/Pneumatic Tests, Erection of equipment.
Visual Inspection of pre-welding Fit-up and Welding.
Test Packages Identification, Preparation & Review.
Preparing Material balance report, reviewing new material requirement and preparing BOQ.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements and Quality Management system at the site.
 Arranging and Attending internal project meetings with the client and contractors to review the progress of projects and quality checks.
Ensuring that the delivery of Mechanical equipment/ materials would be in accordance with the quantity & quality as per related standard
Performing line checking inspection and preparing punch list according to the isometric drawing.
Review and inspect all the line and certify for pressure test, reinstatement and final hand over to completion.
Witnessing Hydro test activities, preparation of Inspection and test plans and coordinating with third parties.
Well aware of all types of Quality Documents like ITP, Checklist, RFI, Method Statements, Nonconformance Report, Hydro Test Packages and other miscellaneous
